Subject: Announcement of the management rules for the Student Lounge (IR5035) on the 5th floor of the International Research Building. The lounge is open for use starting from the date of this announcement. Please comply with the relevant regulations.

Basis: This announcement is issued pursuant to the resolution of the 2nd Management Meeting of the College in Academic Year 115 (2026–2027).

Announcement Items:

1. The above-mentioned Student Lounge is a public space; seats may not be occupied in any form. To ensure student safety, the lounge is equipped with access control and a surveillance system. It is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and is restricted to faculty and students of the College. Users must personally swipe their student ID card or staff ID card to enter.
2. The management rules for the Student Lounge are attached. All users must read them carefully and comply with them. Violators will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations, and their access privileges may be revoked.
3. Please inform the faculty and students of your respective units. For any questions, please contact the College of Medicine Office directly.
