Announcement of Application for Program Certificate (Second Semester, Academic Year 2025–2026)

- Application Period:
From April 20, 2026 (Monday) to April 30, 2026 (Thursday). -
Eligibility and Application Methods:
Students who have completed program courses (Micro Programs, Integrated Programs, or Departmental Professional Programs) should apply using one of the following methods:(1) Online Application:
Log in to the Program Certificate Application System:https://selcrs.nsysu.edu.tw/progcert(Username and password are your student ID and course selection password.)Submit your application within the designated period.
Note: Online applications are only available for students who have fully completed program requirements and do not need course credit transfers or additional verification documents.If you are still taking program courses this semester or wish to apply for credit exemption (e.g., via language proficiency tests), please use the paper application method.(2) Paper Application:
Complete the “Program Certificate Application Form” (download link):https://oaa.nsysu.edu.tw/p/406-1003-19617,r756.php?Lang=zh-twSubmit the completed form along with an official transcript to the Registration Division, Office of Academic Affairs within the application period.Late submissions will not be accepted. - All submitted applications will be compiled by the Registration Division and reviewed by the respective program coordinators.Students who pass the review will be issued a Program Certificate, and the program completion will be noted on their diploma.Applications from students who did not officially enroll in a program will not be accepted.
- If you are still taking program courses this semester, you may still submit the application form.Leave the grades for in-progress courses blank. The certificate will only be issued after all grades are finalized and approved.

- Important for Undergraduate Students (admitted in or after Academic Year 2020):
If you intend to fulfill the “Interdisciplinary Learning” graduation requirement through completion of a Micro Program, Integrated Program, or Departmental Program, you must apply for and obtain the Program Certificate. Only approved and certified programs will count toward this graduation requirement.
