Here is the information about applying for Credit Program Certificates for the Fall semester of Academic Year 2026–2027.

• Application period: Monday, November 2 – Friday, November 13, 2026
   
• Who can apply: Students who have completed the courses of a credit program (micro credit program, integrated program, or department-based professional program)
   
• How to apply:
  1. Online application: https://selcrs.nsysu.edu.tw/progcert/Login/Login
  2. Paper application: Fill out the attached “學程證明書申請表” and attach your original full academic transcript of all study years. Submit them to the Registration Division, Office of Academic Affairs (OAA), by Friday, November 13.
  ※ You must apply by paper application if:
  　(1) You are still taking courses of the program this semester, or
  　(2) You want to use language test results for credit transfer of program courses.
   
• Checking your certificate: From mid-January 2027, you can log in to the system to check the result of your certificate application: https://stuapp-oaa.nsysu.edu.tw/stuapprep/studentApplication.asp
