Subject: Forwarding the Ministry of Education’s “Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Course for Foreign Personnel” and encouraging relevant personnel to participate. Please be informed.

Description:

1. This course is organized in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s official letter Ref. No. 1152702940, dated September 18, 2026.

2. To enhance foreign personnel’s knowledge of occupational safety and health on campus, help them understand potential risks and hazards in laboratory facilities, and develop proper protective awareness, thereby preventing accidents and reducing personal injuries, the Ministry of Education is organizing the aforementioned course. Relevant information is as follows (please refer to the attached course brochure for details):

   (1) Time: 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2026.

   (2) Format: The course will be conducted online via Google Meet. An email containing the link to the online meeting room will be sent two days before the course.

   (3) Participants: Foreign personnel who need to enter laboratory facilities, including newly admitted students, master’s and doctoral students, research personnel, and others.

   (4) Course Title: Chemical Hazards and Personal Protective Equipments (化學性危害與個人防護具)

   (5) Registration:

   1. From now until 11:59 p.m. on October 14, 2026, please register through the Online Registration System on the School Safety and Health Information Network (https://www.safelab.edu.tw) or via the Google Form (https://forms.gle/DirfQYBDNk7uwf9S7).
   2. The course is limited to 200 participants and registration will close once the quota is reached. After completing registration, participants may check their registration status through Registration Information Inquiry. The list of successfully registered participants will not be separately announced on the website.
