To facilitate communication regarding the proposed consolidation of the three academic units, this information session will introduce the consolidation plan and provide an opportunity for faculty members and students to ask questions and exchange ideas. Faculty members and students from all three academic units are cordially invited to attend.

2. Venue: IL3017, Library and Information Building 3F

3. Participants: All faculty members and students of the following academic units:

● Department of Biomedical Science and Technology
● Institute of Biomedical Sciences
● Institute of Medical Science and Technology

4. Lunch Box Reservation: To facilitate lunch box preparation, participants who complete the registration by 12:00 PM on Sunday, September 13, 2026 will receive a complimentary lunch box.
