Description:

一、依據教育部公路局114年8月15日臺教學(五) 字第1140085316 號函辦理。

This matter is handled in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Letter No. 1140085316, dated August 15, 2025.

二、因應外籍人士交通事故防制，提供多國語言文宣，包含英文（菲律賓）、越南文、印尼文、泰文，請利用旨揭資料加強協助宣導。

To prevent traffic accidents involving foreign nationals, multilingual promotional materials are provided in English (Philippines), Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Thai. Please make use of the materials to enhance related promotion efforts.

三、另請鼓勵外籍生參加機車駕訓班，建立正確駕駛觀念與培養道路駕駛能力。

Institutions are also requested to encourage foreign students to participate in motorcycle training programs to help them establish correct driving concepts and develop safe road-driving skills.

四、隨文檢附交通部公路局公函及宣導文宣1份。

Attached herewith are the official letter from the MOTC Highway Bureau and the aforementioned promotional materials (1 set).
